As our Administrative Assistant, Cynthia’s role in the Nelson Real Estate Group is to support in the areas of communications, marketing, and administration. Her broad background in these areas makes her a valuable “Jill of all trades”. She manages everything from customer data in our system, sending out regular communications to our clients including cards and videos, developing presentation materials and our newsletter, supports in blog and social media posts, makes updates to the website, enters MLS information and assists in other areas of client support. You may catch her at your property dropping off paperwork or a lockbox or you may get a call regarding scheduling or needed information. Kim has been processing Keith's loans for the past 9 years. Kim's job is to review our loan application package, insure guidelines are met and all documentation that the underwriter requires is readily in the file.
